CAMAN is a practical, one-day course designed to equip nurses with the essential and advanced skills needed for effective airway management in emergency, intensive care, recovery room, remote, rural and transport settings.

CAMAN offers a relaxed but focused learning environment where confidence and competence are built through real-world practice.

Developed by Inquiring Minds Education for Nurses, CAMAN is the dedicated nursing counterpart to the highly regarded AIME (Airway Interventions and Management in Emergencies) course for physicians.

This course blends foundational learning with advanced techniques through a combination of concise lectures, hands-on skill stations, and immersive simulation cases.

 

Who Should Attend

Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nurse practitioners working in emergency, ICU, recovery room, remote, or transport nursing roles.

Members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) involved in airway management as defined by the CAF.
